Sylvester Barasa born and raised in Funyula Busia, Kenya Africa, Busia on the boarder of Kenya and Uganda. Being raised in a Christian family in the faith in Pentecostal Assemblies of God Church. I received my apostolic call to ministry in 1999, while asleep I was given the book of Mark 16:15-17. I heard a strange voice calling me into ministry that was not in my mind, which kept on each night. I didn't pay it any attention since it wasn't in my plan but after it:s persistence I went to seek advice to my pastor. The Pastor instructed me to obey the voice and be ready to follow the holy spirit direction. After fasting five days as directed, the baptism of anointing started. My pastor sponsored me to attend Bible college to study the Word of God for two years in 2000 - 2002. After completing Bible school, I started Bible study in my home in May 2003 in Nairobi Kenya, Africa. As the number increased ,my house could not accommodate all those who wanted to study the Bible with me. Since Bible study in 2007, I planted a church in Nairobi and was registered as Oasis Mission Prophetic Church, which has grown by the grace of God. God baptized me in the apostolic anointing with my wife Catherine a gospel singer and intercessor working in deliverance and healing in our services. The journey of ministry has had trials but the Spirit of God has been our defender and we have no reason to complain because God has been faithful to us. God has extended our ministry to another level by connecting us with a blessed family in Tabernacle of Faith Healing & Deliverance Ministry under leadership of Chief Apostle Maurice Boykins in 2016. We give God all thanks, the ministry of Tabernacle of Faith Healing & Deliverance Ministry was fully registered by Law of Churches Society in Kenya, Africa in 2017 and given in our hands valid document to spread the word of God without limit nor fear.
