Pastor Onesmus Omuse Opuko.

Born on 11/23/1992 in Kwangamor village of Kwangamor sun location,  Kwangamor location, Teso South sub county of Busia County in Kenya.

I am the 7th child to Mr. Nicholas Omuse Okinei and Mrs Margaret Akumu Juma.

I was brought up in a fully catholic committed family.

2004- I joined St Mary of Lima Amukura Catholic Parish to undertake seminary studies, In 2005 I left the seminary because I felt it wasn't clicking with my way of how I wanted to serve God.

2017- Having joined the secondary school, I was selected to lead a pentecostal christian group known as Christian Union (CU). I held the position for the four years I was in high school.

2011- Upon finishing high school, I went to the costal city of Kenya (Mombasa) to seek for a job. I joined Emmanuel Baptist church under the leadership of Rev Timothy.

2012- I was elected the Youths patron a position I held for two years. I grew the group from a membership of 20 youths to 65 youths by the time I relinquished the position.

2015- I was selected as the church secretary where I was in charge of all church records.

The same year I was elected the regional youths patron a position I again held for 2 years, I was in charge of 19 churches, and I advocated for youths to always take part in the matters of the church building.

2017-  Upon opening of a new branch, I together with the then assistant pastor were sent to oversee and lead the church activities, we started the church with 12 members but upon my relocation to Nairobi in 2018, the church had 67 bonafide members and all systems were running extremely well.

2018- Upon my relocation to Nairobi, the spirit of the Lord led me to Tabernacle of Faith Healing and Deliverance Ministry main alter in Kayole, despite the fact that I reside from a bit far from the main alter but upon servicing with the church just ones, my soul was at peace and I had to declare it my church there and then.

The same year I was tested and confirmed to be someone committed and willing to work for the Lord.

Upon reexamining me, the man of God Apostle Barasa saw it upon himself and God that I could serve in the evangelical team.

Having taken it seriously, I was added the position of church Deacon.

I worked tirelessly until 2019.

In 2019 - My able Apostle Barasa found it good that I should be ordained as a full pastor, and after my ordination, I was sent to open a new branch at a place called Lungalunga

We start the branch with 15 members but within a short period of time God had done many wonders and we were 50 members.

2020- The corona pandemic that hit the whole globe came in and destroyed what we had worked hard for, people lost jobs and even churches were closed down.

And I can tell that I was much affected by it, three quarters of my church members lost their jobs and decided to go back to their villages, that action left the church in a very tight position, given the church members were the sponsors of the church in terms of meeting day to day church programs as well paying church rent, we were much affected.

The church remained with less than 10 members and it proved difficult for us, I then saw it upon myself and requested Apostle if I together with the remaining members could go back to the main alter until the time we are sure of being able to manage the expenses of the new branch is when we could rethink about it.

Apostle allowed us back but I can confirm here and now that if we can get the necessary assistance, we are very ready to go back and run the new branch.

I have huge trust in the below verse.

JOEL. 2:25

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm. My great army which I sent among you.......Amen.

Thanks so much and God bless you.
